Carmena Gee

Financial Controller

Carmena joined Excell Battery in 2011 as Financial Controller. She began her CGA studies at the University of British Columbia and following this, began working at Scott Paper Ltd. Her experience in roles from reception, to purchasing, cost and financial accounting gives her a broad knowledge of all things “financial”. In 1990, she started her own accounting business specializing in small business financial accounting. Her clients varied in industry – ranging from construction, metal fabrication, helicopters, private jets, landscape architects, real estate and veterinarians. As a former business owner, Carmena offers a well-rounded perspective to Excell’s financial group.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys travel, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.
