A recent addition to the Excell team, Monica is responsible for leading strategy development, management, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, demand and production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics.

Holding a BA in Global Development from Queen’s University, an Accounting Certificate from Sheridan College, and currently an incoming candidate for the 2025 EMBA program at UFRED, Monica is known for being creative, thoughtful, and energetic in approach.

Dedicated to seeking solutions and fostering teamwork, she draws inspiration from colleagues and stakeholders, always embracing continuous learning and challenging the status quo.

As a female leader in the industry, she strives to inspire and create opportunities for the next generation of women leaders. Beyond work, she finds joy in music, having been part of bands since high school, using it as a creative outlet alongside her technical pursuits in operations.
